By staying at Le Domaine de Fresnoy, you accept the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions describe precisely our contractual relationship.
1. Respect of places and guests
In Le Domaine de Fresnoy, you will be immersed in Nature, within a historical location in the middle of a forest, and in a haven fully committed to biodiversity protection. Here, we take great care of our guests, of stones that are genuine witnesses of history and nature. During your stay, we expect the same reciprocal care from you.
2. Arrival and departure
You can arrive between 5 PM and 8 PM. However, we can accomodate earlier or later check-ins. On the day of your departure, rooms must be freed up before 11 AM.
3. Booking
Your reservation will be confirmed after full payment through our secured online payment system at https://domainedefresnoy.com, or through phone, e-mail or via our partners.
4. Booking change or cancellation by the customer
Change requests must be made preferably through e-mail at the following mail address : contact@domainedefresnoy.com
Alternatively, requests can be sent via mail at the following address : Domaine de Fresnoy, 100 Impasse de Fresnoy, 62990 Loison sur Créquoise – France.
You can subscribe to our optional cancellation insurance when booking your stay.
If you do not take a cancellation insurance and wish to cancel your stay, you will be reimbursed according to the following conditions :
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start date of your stay : you will be fully reimbursed or you can postpone your stay within a 6 month-period, depending on availabilities.
- Cancellation between 29 days and 8 days before the start date of your stay : 30% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted from the refund, or you can postpone your stay within a 6 month-period, depending on availabilities.
- Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the start date of your stay : 50% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted from the refund, or you can postpone your stay within a 6 month-period, depending on availabilities.
- Cancellation between 2 days and the actual start date of your stay : 75% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted from the refund, or you can postpone your stay within a 6 month-period,depending on availabilities.
In case of anticipated interruption or in case of no show by the customer, and if Le Domaine de Fresnoy is not held responsible for this event, there will be no refund.
With regards to COVID19 sanitary context, le Domaine de Fresnoy has put in place a flexible cancellation policy that will be applied exclusively upon remittance of a COVID19 positive test result, or in case of new governmental announcements resulting from deteriorated sanitary conditions in France. These terms and conditions will override the above mentioned cancellation conditions.
- Up to 3 days before the start date of your stay : full reimbursement of your stay, or you can postone your stay within a 18 month-period.
- Between 3 days and the actual start date of your stay : 50% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted from the refund, or you can postpone your stay within a 18 month-period.
5 – Booking cancellation by Domaine de Fresnoy before your arrival
If conditions beyond our control do not allow us to welcome you in good conditions, such as in case of bad weather or other external major events, management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this case, we will offer the postponement of your stay, within the current 12 months.
6. Prices
Standard price list
Prices include tax (VAT). Prices include room availability, breakfast, access to a fully equipped kitchen, parking, access to green areas and any equipment described in the offer, depending on the season. To the price will be added the tourist tax payable upon arrival, and any extra service you might purchase.
7. Accepted means of payment
- On the website : Mastercard or Visa credit card.
- On site at the Domaine : CB (Mastercard, Visa) / Cash
- Remote payment : bank transfer
8. Animals
We do love animals, but pets are not allowed on the estate, except those who already guard Le Domaine de Fresnoy.
9. Valuables
It is recommended not to leave valuables in your rooms, and to lock your vehicle on the parking lot. Management cannot be held responsible for stolen or damaged items.
10. Equipments at your disposal
In case any equipment at your disposal in the rooms (towels, keys…) or in the park (bicycles) is not remitted upon your departure, these will be invoiced at replacement cost.
11. Smoking area
In order to guarantee a comfortable stay to all our guests, smoking is not allowed in the rooms nor in the shared kitchen space. Ashtrays are available outside, close to the rooms. Likewise, in order to avoid any risk of fire, smoking in the property and its arranged areas is strictly forbidden.
